7day does not collect, store, or share any of your personal data. Everything stays on your device. That's it.

Data Storage

All weight entries and training blocks you create are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage. Your data never leaves your phone.

Data Collection

7day does not collect personal information, usage analytics, crash reports, or any other data. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no servers.

Third Parties

7day does not share data with third parties because there is no data to share. The app contains no third-party SDKs, advertising frameworks, or analytics tools.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
